David's strong background in customer service, which comes from being in the Hospitality industry for 17 years, allows him to negotiate well in any situation. David relocated to the area from Pittsburgh, Pa. and lived in Charlotte before moving to the Lake Norman Area.

I was born and raised Northern Virginia.  When I was a child the area we lived in was filled with children playing in the neighborhoods and you didn't have to worry if you could not see them for an hour or so.   I wanted the same for my two sons Austin and Danny.  We decided to relocate to the Lake Norman area after meeting new friends at a gathering for boating enthusiasts.

Prior to entering the real estate business I owned a telecommunications company serving Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.  We analyzed the needs of our customers, designed the telecommunications systems, supervised the implementation, coordinated customer training and provided customer support to the company.

I have always been a hands on person.  I would not ask anyone to do something I would not first do myself.  I believe my background in communications and marketing will prove to be a successful merger with your needs and desires in any real estate transaction.
