The Town of Mooresville is an eclectic setting with a mix of old and new.  The downtown area offers a mix of older homestyles like Victorians and Colonials.  However on the west side of Mooresville, newer homes situated along the shoreline of Lake Norman are a popular choice.  Residents can choose a neighborhood which perfectly fits their lifestyles, perhaps a  home with golfing amenties, or a home with lots of land!  The selection is plentiful! 

Known as Race City USA for its abundance of NASCAR teams and shops, Mooresville's population doubled in the 1990's and it continues to grow at about 1,000 residents per year.
