Located on Lake Norman in Cornelius, North Carolina, Vineyard Point is a planned community consisting of 100 plus town homes and condominiums, with 75 single-family residences. Today it consists of nine separate homeowner associations. These include the Arbors, Bordeaux, Bayview, Dockside, Moorings, Shelter Cove, Tuscany, Vineyard Point Condominium (The Town homes), and Windrose. Each association has its own grounds, declarations, officers, and dues which are used to maintain its common areas. All homeowners are also members of a "master" association.
